
If your periodic client statement indicates that securities were forwarded to you and you have not received them, you should notify CCMI or NFS immediately. If notification is received within 120 days after the mailing date, as reflected on your periodic statement, replacement will be made free of charge. Thereafter, a fee for replacement may apply.
