What is the Commerce Capital Access Program? The Educational Direct Loan Mortgage Corporation, known as Commerce Capital Access Program Corporation (CCAP) is the organization responsible for coordinating the overall activities of the HBCU Capital Financing Program. CCAP will negotiate loan terms with each eligible institution. In addition, the corporation will originate and administer all loans made through the program. CCAP offers an unparalleled level of service, innovation and commitment to guide each institution through the loan application process. CCAP will also provide limited technical assistance as needed and guidance for construction planning and management. |
