Who Is Eligible for the Program?
In order to be considered eligible for the HBCU Capital Financial Program, an institution must fulfill the following requirements:
Provide Proof of Program Eligibility
Each institution must submit documentation confirming the following (where applicable):

Confirmation of status

Statement of accreditation

Evidence of reasonable progress towards accreditation
